City of Warren recognizes Down Syndrome Awareness Month.
This and every October, the City of Warren recognizes Down Syndrome Awareness Month.
Affecting families from all walks of life, the Down Syndrome Awareness Month is a chance to spread awareness, advocacy and inclusion throughout the community.
Mayor Fouts will light up city hall yellow to bring attention to the Down Syndrome Awareness Month.
City Hall will be lit up yellow from dusk on Wednesday, October 11 to dawn on Thursday, October 12.
In solidarity with the Down Syndrome Awareness Month, the display will project yellow lights to not only bring awareness, but to also celebrate the many wonderful gifts individuals affected by down syndrome bring into the world.
